It’s been one long week! I just got off working 40 hours in three days to going and volunteering my time for Wildcat Glades. I spent most of the day working on their website wildcatglades.org and fixing some graphics. Very exciting being a part of such a great nonprofit and helping accomplish their goals. After spending most of my day working I knew I needed to float. Reaching out to my friends Ryno ( Ryno Built )and John ( SUP Dogging It ) we decided we would float a short section of Shoal Creek. I had been promising my dog I would take him with me. Let’s face it – most of us who own dogs talk to them like they are people. Honestly, I’m convinced my dog understands everything I say. My pup ( Micco ) has floated with me before on kayaks. This time it was all about the SUP ( Stand Up Paddleboard )! He seemed to like it better with being able to walk the board and sit anywhere he wanted. Oh, of course with him being so small he sat right next to me every time we hit any waves. Overall it was a great experience and I feel he had fun! I look forward to the next adventure I can share with my furball!
