Paddleboarding is a growing sport in our area. With this class you will be able to expand your knowledge and skills of this fast growing sport. Learn proper terms and techniques as we do a short near three mile float of shoal creek. We will be stopping at several gravel bars along the way to talk about reading the waterways.
You Must currently be able to stand on a paddleboard and be able to climb back on if needed.
All gear will be provided for this class. We do ask everyone to bring watershoes, sunblock, drinking water and snack. This float can take a few hours depending on the class and flow of the creek.
Plan on meeting at the Wildcat Glades Boat Ramp. We will then shuttle to Redings Mill after a gear and safety talk.
