Gypsy Camp was started in 1928 as “Gypsy Camp for Girls” summer camp. The property is listed on both the National and State Historic Registers. The original camp buildings showcase the true beauty of the Ozark Mountains and the Illinois River.

Gypsy Camp and Canoe is the premier floating and camping destination in Northwest Arkansas. We provide single and tandem kayaks, rafts, canoes, shuttle services, and primitive camping. Our float is a scenic trip that covers 4.5 miles, typically taking 2-4 hours. There are many beaches to hang out and rest while enjoying your float.

Camping is $5/person, floating is $20/person, and our shuttle services are $15/person.
